Splijtstof is funded by the Faculty of Philosophy, Theology, and Religious Studies at Radboud University, Nijmegen. This privacy policy will explain how our organization uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our website.

What data do we collect?
Splijtstof collects the following data:
- First and Last Name
- Email Address
- Address and Place of Residence
- Bank Information (IBAN)
- Date of Subscription
- Any other Information you might volunteer to us
You directly provide Splijtstof with the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
- Sign up for a subscription.
- Send a message through our contact form or to our email addresses.
We do not store personal data relating to single orders without subscriptions that include repeated shipments.
How will we use your data?
Splijtstof collects your data so that we can:
- Process your order and manage your subscriptions.
- Send you our newsletter containing information about upcoming events,
products and changes in the organization.
If you agree in case of certain events, our organisation will share your data with our partner companies so that they may offer you their products and services.

How long do we store your data?
Splijtstof will keep your data concerning 1) to 6) for 5 years. Once this time period has expired, we will contact you to ask if you want to renew your current subscription and thus, extend the data storage period for another 5 years. In case of your decline, we will delete your data by removing your data from our databases and our banking services.
Marketing
Any Splijtstof subscription including repeated shipments also includes a free email-newsletter, which informs you about upcoming events, products and changes in the organization.
Sometimes, this might also include products and events that are offered by or are provided in collaboration with our partner organisations at the Radboud Faculty of Philosophy, Theology, and Religious Studies.

Splijtstof does not collect cookies.
Cache
This site utilises caching in order to facilitate a faster response time and better user experience. Caching potentially stores a duplicate copy of every web page that is on display on this site. All cache files are temporary, and are never accessed by any third party, except as necessary to obtain technical support from the cache plugin vendor. Cache files expire on a schedule set by the site administrator, but may easily be purged by the admin before their natural expiration, if necessary.
